Sport Relief All Star Games is on tonight at 7pm on BBC One! I havent played sports since before I realised I could get out of PE with a sick note, but I had the BEST time with some of my fave people raising money for @ComicRelief at the @BirminghamCG22. Sport is such a powerful way to engage people and the projects funded by Sport Relief can really change people’s lives by being there during the toughest times. The money raised will support children and young people with their mental health and tackle inequality so they can reach their full potential! Times are tough right now, but if you can donate and support us, the money raised really can make a huge difference. Went on a road trip to the south coast and had the absolute pleasure of staying at Ryebank Corner. This quaint glamping spot is perfectly located between Brighton and Oxford and was an ideal stop off on our spontaneous adventure. These cosy tents are nestled right on the edge of a field full of golden oats which is only a stones throw away from the beach. Fully kitted out with everything you could need for a fun camping experience – even BBQs and fire pits! Whether you’re planning to head to Brighton Pride next week or just fancy getting out of the city, I definitely recommend Ryebank Corner. Perfect for couples and large parties who are wanting to escape to the country. It’s a delight to see UK farmers making the most of their space and I think it’s vital that we support businesses like this after the struggle these past few years have been. Marion was a wonderful host!

This August, I’ll be joining @comicrelief @birminghamcg22 and @bbc in an All-Star version of the Commonwealth Games to raise life changing money for young people tackling inequality and mental health issues. You can tune in to watch Sport Relief All Star Games: Birmingham 2022 on the 8th of August on BBC One or iPlayer. Only one team can win from each sport and I’ll be taking part in both the 100m relay race AND basket ball! They said life isn’t just butterflies and rainbows. They were wrong. Yesterday I noticed this pop of orange in the green grass and much to my delight, a beautiful butterfly had landed in front of me. I shimmied closer and closer until I was basically cross-eyed, admiring the admiral when it took flight and landed on my shoulder! It could be the fact that I’m wearing a bright orange cap but on the longest day of 2022, the summer solstice, this wonder of life came to pay me a visit. When it flew away I turned around and saw the end of a rainbow. Can’t help but feel the warmth and significance this experience carries. “The black and orange butterfly also carries meaning: black represents mourning and sadness, while orange signifies warmth and joy. So when this butterfly lands on you, it’s telling you to take some time to grieve what has happened in your life so far.
